When Do We Collect Information?
We collect information from you when you fill out our Schedule A Tour form, Become a Member form, or sign up for our newsletter or other promotion.
What Personal Data Do We Collect?
When visitors fill out one of our contact forms, they are asked to enter a name, email address, phone number and a message. If visitors wish to sign up for our newsletter, they add their email address and name. Contact form submissions are stored in our database and also emailed to us so we may respond in a more timely manner.
How Do We Use Your Information?
We may use the information we collect in the following ways:
- To allow us to better service you in responding to your comments and questions
- To add you to our email newsletter distribution list
