Need an inspiring space to work? From communal co-working, to dedicated offices, to private phone booths, to meeting and conference rooms –we have a space for the way you like to work.

Co-Working Spaces

Enjoy our thoughtfully designed open workspace along with indoor and outdoor communal areas. Seating is first come first serve. Bring your laptop, find your favorite spot, plug in, and focus on what you do best.

Conference Rooms

Need to meet with your team or clients? We have 5 conference rooms of varying sizes to meet your needs. WiFi, monitors and A/V & HDMI, and whiteboards for ideating are all available to ensure your meeting is a success. Individual rooms can host 3-12 people. Conference rooms can be rented for $35-50 per hour depending on size.

Outdoor Workspace

At Nexus we have 2 outdoor patios with blazing WiFi so that you can bask in the sunshine while you work.

Large Meeting Rooms

Our large rooms are designed to elevate your meeting or event. Meet with our community manager to coordinate your room setup, stage, A/V needs, and more. We are here to ensure everything goes smoothly. Available for members and non-members: large rooms can be booked for a half or full day and comfortably hold 20-60 people.

Podcast & Green Room

Need to record a podcast or video? We got you covered. For an hourly rate, you will have full access to our studio. Prior to using the space, we will be sure to get you fully trained so that you have the confidence your recording sessions will be awesome!

Large Auditorium

Need to host a conference, large company event, or even a performance? Our auditorium has everything you need to create an engaging experience for your attendees. Breakout rooms are also available to fully meet your conference needs. Room set up can be customized to hold up to 340 people. Our community manager will be your planning partner to ensure it’s a stress-free experience so you can focus on what matters most – your attendees.

Outdoor Event Space

Our 1/2 acre Nexus Lawn is a perfect green space for your large outdoor event. Our patio, walking trails and tree-shaded areas will be sure to please!

Catering

We have a local catering partner “Tree Top Catering” here on site. They have a wide range of offerings for your meeting or gathering. We will coordinate with them to ensure your group is well fed and well fueled.
